Preamble

This license is created in order to save my ass from unwanted people who tells that some of his/her "files" that has serious disclaimer being freely used for other mods, blaming me that said "files are distributed in unlocked form". I know I have been doing time by modding games for 6 years, but... who knows? I started creating it because I want to become like one of them with the skills I have since Senior High. With the further growing technology that the world ever has, modding development has becoming far more advanced and sophisticated than before, which is taught to be hard to do comprised with the older generation of video games. And alas, cyber-crimes often happen. The indication of stolen mods are a small amount of cyber-crime which has been a habit to those who don't know basics of knowledge or sources to look. This is one of the problem that their rights have been plagued by the thieves who did such cyber-crime to people who claimed their files. So I've been sticking to several disclaimers of cars and stuffs like the ones by Lazlow55, thinking that it was the best for everyone, including me.

1. License

During the usage of my mods you are agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned as follows:

1. All mods have a period called the "exclusivity period". The mods marked "exclusive" are those categorized as mods developed for GTA games (San Andreas, IV, Vice City, III, V) with size lower than 300 MB. Exclusivity time is 30 days (1 month) for marked websites since the date release.
2. If the "exclusive mod" is a software (CLEO script, scripts compiled in C# or C++), when the period ends, you shall comply to this license as well as the GNU General Public License.
3. When the period ends, you are allowed to make copy of the mod and redistribute to any media (internet, FTP, Intranet, etc.) as long as these terms/prohibitions are met:

• Strictly prohibited to edit, delete and replace elements from this archive (ie. the readme, screenshots,   pictures, model)
• Strictly prohibited to convert the model to any game (or simulator) without permission given by Naruto 607
• Strictly prohibited to edit 3D model body and its elements

• Permitted to replace and edit textures but WITHOUT ANY PUBLICATION (ie. downloads, screenshots, videos) 
• Permitted to edit carcols and handling but WITHOUT ANY PUBLICATION (ie. downloads, screenshots, videos) (if any)
• Redistribution must contain the name of original author who published this mod and credits of the developer mods used (if any)

Any violation above prohibitions may result in an accusation of copyright infringement!
If so, you'll be spammed at the site you are redistributed "modified" mods of me till you remove the download.

2. Warranty

Any mods released by Naruto 607 / Anak Agung Advaita Paramtapa is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with any mods released by Naruto 607 / Anak Agung Advaita Paramtapa or the use or other dealings in any mods released by Naruto 607 / Anak Agung Advaita Paramtapa.
