Each time you edit the text file, use Notepad++ described on the previous journal (while making your own text file, e.g. ReadMe, use regular Notepad or Notepad++). For the pictures, you can get it ingame using FRAPS or 4shared Shot. Save them in .png format (highly recommended).
Also, you need to install manually in db_countries.lua using Notepad++ these lines below after installation (locate it at LockOn Flaming Cliffs 2\Scripts\Database):
