[TUT] Money Glitch? And not ATM glitch?

What's this bullshit?

It's a money glitch that came from one witness in GTAGaming known with the author name "DeVer47", one other Indonesian like me and other Kaskus fellas.

You know, this is really out of ordinary that, how come this is a money glitch and not ATM glitch like the ones posted on the internet?

How does it work?

First off, thanks to DeVer47 at GTAGaming for the thread here.
Okay, here goes.

Ok.. I Found this glitch in TBoGT (GTA IV DLC), after i finish Margot Second Ecounter (In the Pier 45)
I've Only Tested this on TBoGT, I don't know if this Glitch works in Other GTA IV games (Niko Bellic, Johnny Klebitz)

Step 1 What Do you Have to Prepare?:
-A Knife
-A Cop Wanted Down Cheat
-A full health (or you can using cheat)

Step 2 What do you have to do First?:
- Go to Higgins Helicopter Tours
- Kill the People with the Orange Clothes (or whatever, they'll stand in the Corner, The Crew of the Higgins)

Step 3 What do you have to do now?:
- Wait the People coming to the Helicopter to take a Tour
- When They Near You, Kill Them Using Knife, If you using a Gun, The Peds will go away and this glitch will not be able to do
- Just Kill Them! Don't Using A Counter! Just Fuckin' Kill That MotherF*cker!
- I suggest you to do this at Night because The Cops is Not Too Many..
- And Make Sure There is No One Get on the Chopper! (well if you want to make them get on the chopper, you will only get not a lot of money
- and then GO MAKE YOURSELF LIKE A FUCKIN' KILLER PSYCHOPATH!!
- The Peds will come ONLY 2 per stage (Like A Stage, 2 Peds Per Stage) you have a time too take the Money

Just KILL THEM ALL and The Money will always Respawning

NOTE:
-. DON'T GO TOO FAR AWAY OR THE DEAD BODY WILL GONE!
- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TIME TO SEE THE HUD, BECAUSE THE COPS WILL ARRIVE, AND BEFORE THEY ARRIVE.. USE THE 'COP WANTED DOWN' CHEAT
