An interesting sh*tpost about someone stealing GTA V mods

Okay, I did admit stealing some mods back when I was active in IV or San Andreas, but that was credited based on whatever mod files that have been made. But on that point, I realized that reuploading someone's work with my own custom edits, even though it's credited to whom it was made, is still tolerable, but somehow a bit disrespectful to the author of the mod. Talk about plagiarism. That being said, preventing plagiarism in this era of IoT and the upcoming IoE is indeed hard. Avoidable, but hard to get rid of. No one knows that what you made, even though it's your own doing , is a plagiarism against the existing work. Not just the college work for your graduation (Final Project?), but mods too. So, to start this post, I found one mod by ZiPPO RAID and there's a unique description that directed me to GTAForums thread on where it all started. Don't ask why he used ALL CAPS in the description despite that "i" letter is not capitalized (broke your Ca...

I've been pushing more of the BF2 modding

Image
And now I've pushed more of the modding capability for BF2, and what I got is the same exception code like the last one. Much, much different than the case with GOL MSR one. At this point, the game is beyond bricked situation that modding capabilities of this game also have limitations like some GTA games without any user bugfixes, although frankly, no debugging makes this game's error hard to be traced. It only crashed pointing to the main executable (and not RendDX9.dll - this only happen if game is loading a mesh file that isn't exist, or the mesh contain geometry errors) with exception code 0x80000003 (software corruption or faulty configuration in one of the Windows driver files). I assume it has something to do with game memory, which used to load maximum number of objects that can be loaded in game. BF2 is an old game that has limitations but surprisingly stable (no memory leak, random crashes on some map because of the bots). The case of this is that BF2...

I've done what I can to mod BF2 to its maximum potential

Looks like the mod installation and data editing has been done. I've done what I can to mod Battlefield 2 to its maximum potential. Excluding the vehicle mods/add-ons, there are over 200 to 300 weapon mods/add-ons that have been installed correctly (i.e. editing the files that's problematic to prevent ingame crashes). Few are not installed because of game crashing, instabilities, or weird data handling. So to say, there's not much I can do to edit more of them; the rest is now on vehicle mods/add-ons. A lot of weapons seemed to be (re)worked from the ground-up and used cool animations that I've never seen before. And now, there's a weapon that's quite interesting, particularly as a substitute of an anti-air weapon, though I've never seen it in actual gameplay where this weapon was came from. RORSCH X1. This weird weapon (a railgun) is one of a kind in its game where it's coming from: Battlefield 4 . Just like many weapons that implement electroma...

Weapon add-ons (which one?) crashed the game

I'm thinking which one that caused the problem with the game crashing during objects loading (around 0 to 15%) in Battlefield 2 I just mod on the original game. The crash is without explanation in Windows 10, but it always left a log concerning what happened in Event Viewer. The crash itself is unusual. Rather than pointing to RendDX9.dll (which typically caused by missing mesh file, usually in *.bundledmesh extension), it's pointing to the main executable itself, with the error/exception code similar to what happened when a mesh file is missing, 0x80000003. The exception code 0x80000003 is usually found on a corrupted file when an executable is loading it, the library (which is corrupted) the executable is using, or the executable itself is corrupted. Typically your common sh*t days when your PC got so many virus or malware/ransomware that you have to nuke it (reinstall your OS) because the system files are infected. I encountered that long time ago, where the viruses wer...

Okay... this is legit site for getting ALL expansion packs

Okay, I tested the archive; it's in 7Z format, should be nothing to worry about unless WinRAR is sh*tting with me. I've downloaded 7-Zip and tested it out just in case. In case you wondering, this is the continuation of the last post that I'm concerning its legitimacy for providing free downloads for part-time gamers. The complete edition it's providing has nothing to worry about; this is the legit site I've been downloading from MEGA cloud storage, shown very first from the Google Search list. Now the problem itself lies to the user who doesn't have MEGA account. This is indeed a bit of problematic, because the free quota for downloading for public, non-registered user is VERY limited; if it's exceeded, you'll have to register a new account, or sign in if you have one. Signing in to MEGA is always a good start for downloading some stuffs that's big-sized in MEGA, let's say... a 4 GB file that's important for you. The servers have free...

This site has unknown legitimacy for BF2 download

I decided to reset this BF2 installation on my old PC as well and install a fresh new copy of BF2, but turns out, I don't bring anything except new clothes still in plastic wrap today. So, I had to download it from the internet. I found one particular site, apparently storing full version of the game, along with the DLC/expansion packs as well. Well, ain't that something? However, something that concerned me is, I have MEGA account, I used it in case of emergency, used MEGASync to offload it from the DL server, and I saw no red flag. Could it mean it's password protected like those I've been hassling before in the previous post? If this is indeed true, I have no idea where else I could take a look for this 14-year-old game that I first played in maybe 2009 or so when I got my first PC, which is the old one I'm using at the apartment. I won't be trusting Internet about downloading sh*t anymore if so. Having an account there means I can open more places to ...

Legitimately bypassing this?

Image
I've seen this video in my private browsing that uploaded last year; idk if this can work on files shared from someone that... ehh... not legitimately mine. Idk, this is giving me chills. I'd be risking my MediaFire account for something this crazy (except if you buy that legit on Amazon) by bypassing that stupid error code that blocks the part 5 of the download (whereas others aren't). I highly doubt that part 5 of the download is probably something malicious that MediaFire flag it as a ToS violation. And I have no idea if this can work with other user, especially a folder that is shared to everyone (but I guess I'll give it a shot and get back to this post for updates. The only way to do this is to log on to the user in question and download manually from that user (using the bypass method on that YT video). I've tried and it works on shared folder, but no... it still doesn't work, AT ALL. I'll try another shot after I visit the guy who's upl...

It's quite hard to get BF2 Special Forces (Pack) these days

Image
Title. It's the worst case scenario I can find here on the Internet after... what, 15 years? Tell you what, one coincidence I found this YouTube video with seemingly "working" MediaFire link when the video told the audience where they should go, so I go to the surprisingly very obsolete and "somewhat" abandoned blog site, go into the Games filter/label and there's the thing I've been asking for. I've checked the MediaFire folder and looks like it's split into 7 parts (with the new UI look saying that file sharing is restricted, what?). I haven't yet tried to download it, but there's one working torrent link with no doubt, password sh*t that directs me to one of the most thing I hated so far, survey . Like, what's up with this guy, putting encryption and all that sh*t, this is 2019, dickwad! I've seen several cases with this. One is The Last movie, another is DCS: Black Shark 2 keygen, and another , is the frickin...

More BF2 Mods, Reset BF2 installation for 1.5 Patch

ModDB seemed to be a kind of paradise when it comes to mods and addons, and I said, "no sh*t". I haven't yet going back to ZM3 again after the license expired, but... eh... you know that I have other amends to do, especially the teacher instructed me and other students to create a proposal based on the title I mostly preferred. Turns out, as a matter of fact, I haven't yet handed over the plans of it, although 3 are already planned. I haven't yet fixed the modding environment, and I have TONS of new mods ready to be used; it's gonna be a game-breaking for sure, because this, this GTA V game, is the most stable GTA game so far that there are mods/addons that can break the game's limitations. But as you know... maybe I will; it's only a matter of when . Not just Ace Combat 7 and HRT (I haven't yet got a track progress on it, seems that Flame maybe stopped working on it, idk), Battlefield 2 seemed to be having a bunch of "best quality ...

AC7 Modding Guide, no sh*t

Desperately looking for guides anywhere to get just one skin I can model/design on and hear this, someone has already made the day. I have no need to worry visiting in and out to Reddit (because my home country blocked it) with VPN just to confirm whether I can get my hands on a modding toolset and knowhow to do it. Heck, I've been searching this a while ago, but can't find the proper one that doesn't need to get inside Reddit. superostrich. This guy seems to be the one who's making nice AC7 skins from predecessor Ace Combat games and surprisingly also making a tutorial about how to do one, without having me to visit in and out to Reddit just because Indonesia blocked that website for obvious reasons. No sh*t. You know what? I can't believe this guy, who's making good skins from the games I have or haven't touched, is also making a tutorial for others to do. I have ALL the resources I need from ModDB, and all I need to do is a legit and more un...

"Sam Chui... my man!"

Image
Swiss001 seemed to have a keen with this kind of channel that discusses about airlines and such, and... what's up with this guy saying, "Sam Chui, my man!"? Have a check-out with this video I've been replaying all-over again, courtesy of Swiss001. Everybody keeps asking about it like they're curious about things this man going to review about. Still, I have to say, his videos from the channel "Sam Chui" seems good and amazing. He discusses everything about airlines and thing. And Swiss001 said him as "my man" like he knew him more than everyone in this world. Had to be frank, first time Swiss001 said that, what's up with this "Sam Chui" channel, and what's so special about it? It's worth my curiosity, at least, because people have been so many asking about him and the channel has legit near 1.5 million subscribers. And it's really paid off, after the new video RADAL uploaded have a really absurd translation...

Microsoft Edge and this laptop

Image
I've been watching so many videos than it was supposed to be after spending a whole week at the apartment. Tech support scams, antivirus, even Bonzi Buddy (first time hearing it in about... idk, 3 or 5 years ago). It's like... everything is out there beyond what our eyes can see. YouTube is a paradise for videos about EVERYTHING you really wanted to know out there. It's not even too late for me to enjoy what has to offer after leaving YouTube since the day I uploaded school science videos, GTA IV videos, and Gangnam Style parody. The game change about my channel has begun one, two, or maybe 3 years ago, after I saw nice gaming videos. The thing is, after my Watch History is filled with some videos that became private or deleted by the owner due to the copyright or on the channel's wish to prevent copyright strike from "legitimate" companies, back then I had to full reset the Watch History. Now it's filled up with random videos about those I watched previ...

What's up with the knives that are sold very expensive at Steam Community Market for CS:GO?

Image
So, here's the question I'm gonna have to ask about knives sold in Steam Community Market for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive : how the f are those knives are so goddamn expensive like you want to buy the smartphones today? Most of the knives are labelled StatTrak™ with a star and colored purple. And the price is seriously undoubtable; it costs ranging from one million Rupiahs (US$ 71.33) to the most top price I can find on three pages: 14 million (US$ 998.67). Idk how and where they can get it, but the price is seriously undoubtable in this case. The most common case scenario of getting knives like those with the crazy price tag (I even asked my sister about the price of iPhone X she bought, and that's almost same with the price I get on a "black" Karambit knife) is by using trading sites, of which I had to avoid to prevent loss of my Steam account. I'm thinking that knives in CS:GO is a symbol of wealth, and not just a symbol of usual close-qu...

Spending my time at the apartment for... TWO WEEKS!

So, my dad seemed to not going back for maybe a whole week right now and I had to spent my time here at the apartment. Tell you what, the apartment rooms here in Indonesia is smaller compared to the other countries like US and elsewhere, and that feels really, really , cramped in this place. I have a second home here for close-range travel, purchased by my parents. Despite this, I love it; I don't need extra cash to pay for long-distance travel when using online transport services like Grab or Gojek, but the issue I had to run in is the old PC that suffered BIOS error and noisy front fan. There's a progress update regarding public beta pre-release of my Boruto ped mod project, but I don't bring the images to tell on my laptop. Mitsuki model is ready for test in game, along with the custom skeleton set (*.yft file) I managed to default its bone position rather than matching its finger orientation that can cause the model glitch from the previous post I told you about....

Skeleton (re)designing and somehow I screwed up BF2 installation

Image
Well, modifying the skeleton to match the finger orientation isn't really the best idea to go on, actually. That's what I thought after watching the Zagor.TV's tutorial video once again. Hitler model was left as it is, with no changes on its skeleton it was using. He just only have to copy mesh weight from source model to destination model. Pretty much simple as it is, though. However, faulty mesh from my public beta ped mod I created was really sourced from the highly edited skeleton, of which the fingers are involved. The finger bones have been heavily modified to match the finger orientation, since for some reason, models exported in OBJ format have some non-welded vertices, which when I reposition a vertex, another vertex that isn't welded won't follow. It could be best if I used the same skeleton set from avenxares213's Dante ped mod, but I won't be touching the finger bones. Had to say, one of the reasons there's a faulty mesh on a model wa...
