Okay, after the success of the FC2 project of upgrading the mod to v1.1 while still containing bugs succeed in flying colors, time to put the next mod for GTA IV into consideration.
Alright. You do know for 6 years of modding the GTA IV I mostly done two things: modeling police car textures based on many references (including Boston Police Department, which the city of Boston is used as a setting of place for Fallout 4) and designing realistic weapon data mod. I also used the sites of GTAGaming and GTA4-Mods as my scientific work project for my high-school graduation, and I guess rappo, the administrator of that time, likes it. But, on one occasion, I modeled Russian police car textures to be used in the game, and some Russian modders took an attention to it, especially my IV-styled Russian Police mod.
Most of my mod intended for Russians work very well, except I cannot find the reference of Enforcer van painted in Russian Army/Police. Many of them don't give it in Comments section because maybe I wrote the Readme file in English. You know that I'm Indonesian, and is pretty hard for me to speak Russian, even the Japanese, although you can say that "I'm an Englishman in Indonesia" (not in New York - that's more to a song like "I'm an alien, I'm a legal alien, I'm an Englishman in New York"), but no, I'm pure Indonesian, and I'm patriotic to my country.
Well, some feedback I should take note:
Okay, back to topic. I've already worked so far on five types of CVPI skin, a type of Charger SRT-8 skin, and two types of Tahoe skin, but these are abandoned for a considerable time, until now. All of these had been modeled with CorelDRAW X5 I used since the junior high school (I'd like to say it's about 11 years from now) - I didn't yet upgrade this application (in cracked version, of course, it's a rough world :|) to a latest version, like X7 or X8 (but some who have interest in drawing in my college has, limitedly...), but I'd say, X5 still works and tested on Windows 8.1 (didn't yet tried Windows 10 myself, but I'm sure it works). After the mid-semester exam ended since Saturday last week and I'd like to say that I have a free time before the final-semester exam comes, I will start continue working this mod even though my home PC started to get lousy and lousy. I guess it's really a damn long time to get a new computer.
Next up, I will be doing Impala, Lada 2105 (any reason why?), and other types of vehicles based on my RPD Skin Pack. I was hoping to get this done ASAP, so all you gotta do is wait, especially for you Russians, if you still have interest on GTA IV.
Finally, I hope you enjoy. This might take a long time, so... all you gotta do is wait. Stay tuned for more.
P.S.: If you expect to send another feedback before making this mod go into final stage, say it now here or take a comment on one of my Russian mods here:
Any advice for me if I want to sign up to GTAInside?

Well, some feedback I should take note:
- Translate the Russian Text to English to know what they mean and what they talking (advices say use Google Translator, but IMO, the result may come up weird or non-understandable)
- Feedback from ShaoKahn13: (1) Militiya was renamed to Police (rus.:"Полиция"), (2) Change DPS to PPS for more realistic, (3) Change emblems of Moscow to emblems of Liberty City
