So, here I am, on my first time modeling the Vapid Cruiser in GTA IV, and is ready to go. LCPDFR site at the moment is allowing mods to be uploaded without site admin checking the file. I guess it's an A-OK to do that.
I am modding this cruiser based from Ekalb's Enhanced Cruiser and changed the lightbar with Federal Signal Vector. Of course they come in light size, unlike heavy car mods that makes your game take lots of resources, like CVPI and so forth.
This is my first car mod to be uploaded on the internet. Comments and criticisms are welcome.
The v1.2 now features minor fixes and updates to the v1.1. ELS version now have been upgraded slightly to add one extra model to replace flashing headlights: the Rigid Industries Dually D2.
Please note, there is a chance that the model will be spawned on the streets glitched. If you see this, that's an error, so I suggest restart the game (do not use save-load thing, exit the game and rerun) and spawn the car model with Trainer or type in SHDN console "spawn police".
To use v1.2 while you have a taxi bug ingame, you'll need RIL.Budgeted.
Before using the ELS-enabled version of the model, ensure that you have installed ELS-IV v8.51 mod here.
The release of this model is EXCLUSIVE TO LCPDFR.com, GTA4-MODS.com, AND agungparamtapajournal.blogspot.com for 30 days. Do not upload the archive anywhere else than aforementioned websites without my consent permission until the exclusivity expires, starting from this date.

I have provided two download links: the ELS-enabled and the non-ELS-enabled. ELS-enabled is best suited for gameplay that takes lots of resources, particularly if you like to play policing games like LCPDFR. Non-ELS-enabled is best suited for original gameplay, who wants to prefer performance than quality and doesn't take resources from installed scripts like ELS.Before using the ELS-enabled version of the model, ensure that you have installed ELS-IV v8.51 mod here.

- Tail lights have been separated into two parts: the tail light itself and indicator lights

- Fixed bug where the vehicle model with Ultrastar domelight became glitched when on the streets, or at least spawned after waiting
- New object renaming on Rangr16 console and object placement hierarchy
- Model without Ultrastar domelight now removes Rigid Industries Dually D2 and therefore uses the extra_5 and extra_6 from version 1.1
- Remapped Ultrastar to flash at extra_4 instead of extra_2 (when user sets the Lstg2ActiveExtras in INI to 1and4) so that when the system enters LSTG 2 and extra_10 is active, red and blue domelights will flash

- Fixed opaque Ultrastar domelight glass, now it's transparent as it should be like in the dev mod
- Provided two models because of potential world bugs (see Readme)
- Replaced extra_5 and extra_6 (that are mapped as flashing headlights) with Rigid Industries Dually D2
- Converted siren dummies from the object itself to dummies, so it has a proper camera view when the model is being viewed in OpenIV

- Removed bug that siren dummies have been placed inside the lightbar (it has been carefully "moved down" and placed hidden beneath the world)
- Removed Duffle Bag and M37A1 in the trunk (to conserve WTD file size)
- Rangr16 console has been repositioned since the car already has a laptop
- Sapphire and Ultrastar added (as extras together with dome lights that spawn randomly)
