So, again, on my private browsing and watching YT videos, nothing that comes up for download links. Not a single one. And most of the videos on YouTube I found are from the last year. And they aren't special either.
I got so many speculations coming out from these (either) Brazilian or Portuguese guys (but I'd say they're Brazilian). If no download links from both mod sites and YT description, then where does those placed? Commentary section? If I'm thinking about JulioNIB, he placed all download links in both blog site and YT description - linked to his Patreon post. Otherwise, it's for the private use, where nobody can steal his work and claiming them as their own.
Seriously, I call this as a "modding cybercrime" to state that people steal his work from one website and repost them as it was their own work. I did this long before Grand Theft Auto V, where there was still GTA4-Mods.com operational. TBH, there are some V mods here that are from other modders. Even though I credited them, some people will interpret it as a "modding cybercrime".
I'd like to say honestly from my deepest heart about the only "actual" Naruto ped mod placed in GTA5-Mods.com. That ped model was not different than the one I did have in San Andreas. In fact, there are several models that demonstrate the same one in SA, but differs by author who created it. Let's say yuniwii and Rigel. Both created the same model/rig that looked like a PS2 version of Naruto Uzumaki ped mod (the first kind I have long ago), but the size comparison is different. yuniwii scaled the ped a bit smaller than regular adult people, but Rigel scaled it to be same as the regular adult people. I don't call this as a bad mod to my perspective; I only use it if there are no choices.
So I'd say, while I have a ton of SA mods, I might as well try to learn how to rig one for V. Still, my modding tools are limited. I can only depend on my 3ds Max 2014 as of now (and ZModeler3 is another exception). I also have plans on rigging weapon models for IV, but it doesn't seem to come into fruition. Idk why, honestly, but there are reasons I'm not doing it: (1) because IV modding is pretty unstable, especially when it comes to car mods, and (2), even though some YT videos value IV is the best, I prefer V for modding stability. Even until today, there are no fixes on how to remove the taxi and popping-up textures bugs, even though RIL.Budgeted is installed alongside several fixes like command-line switches and plugins like Chikamru's Real Traffic. Setting up to low-resolution still doesn't work for me, even for the command-line switches, although personally, I'd love IV without car mods, with lightweight scripts, and the Simple Trainer by sjaak327. Mostly I ended up crashing the game when either taxi or popping-up textures bug happens.
There are most modern Naruto ped mods by michaeluzumaki123 @ GTAInside, and I would dearly love to have them rigged into GTA V. Still, from YT videos, most of them are for private use, and the videos are from the last year. I'll swing by the commentary section of the videos to see if there's one, but absolutely there is a less chance to find download links from there. Otherwise I'll try to model one that looked like a post-modern ped mod like Julio's Thanos or Hulk mods. No promises, though.
