Introduction
This package is a totally overhauled Packet Chara from v4.03. I hope you enjoy the v4.03 as I’m modding the Flaming Cliffs 2.
Same as v4.03, but the models have been changed. As I stumbled on Google to search either FC2 or SA and IV Naruto mods, I found the one that suit the new version of this mod as the 2014 era is about something new. Some peds are changed to Naruto peds.
Included in this pack are:
1. New SA Sounds by Ariqr
2. 6 languages, and two on WIP (includes the GTA SA Language Loader v1.0 ASI Script by fastman92) (two will released as an addon pack)
a. American (for the basis of the initial mod, this is where the mod starts)

g. Indonesian (by Naufal Irfan, overhauled to Naruto GXT by me) [WIP]

3. More skins with advanced quality, thanks to http://konoha-city.ucoz.ru/load
4. New and overhauled ASI and CLEO Mods (Naruto Jutsu, Weapons, GTA IV HUD, etc.)
5. Unique firearms and melee weapons, and all of them fit the GXT file
6. Realistic weapon configuration
7. Modified ninja_scr.cs
8. Unique Jutsu sounds, specialized for Naruto (as in Naruto episodes)
9. Total replacement of gang peds and law enforcement peds
10. Overhauled Kage Bunshin no Jutsu script (the bug is that SPECIAL09 cannot be spawned)
11. Added peds for SCM testing (included from v4.03) with new listing
12. Skin.img now updated with police peds (SFPD), you can do any type of Jutsu, like Rasengan, as a police officer (you don’t have to date Tenten/Barbara to get the police outfit)
13. Muscular.ifp file has been updated with a new animation, you can run like standard ped, but with different movements and weapon holding style, so when you buff up, voila! New and stylish style!
14. Outfit ASI Script will show you what weapons you have on your body, starting from pistol to special weapons, and various melee weapons.

NOTICE FOR USERS WITH NATIVE LANGUAGE: I’ve replaced some names in cutscenes with funny ones, e.g. Leroy Hernandez with Zorro or Spiderman. More coming soon.
If you are Italian, I’ve replaced the word “Polizia” with “Carabinieri”. Why? To express how brutal the San Andreas be when it comes to the police force. It’s just like your homeland, Italy. For information about it, click here.

Compatibilities with Related Mods and Game Platform
So far I am trying to implement my mod with Flame's High-Res Texture mod (HRT) and his seasonal packs (Endless Summer, Autumn Sunshine, Winter Vacation, and Spring Season). HRT mod is compatible with this mod and you can install this mod after installing the HRT.
Somehow I can't be able to implement the HRT with one of the Seasonal Packs + this modification. The gta3.img file size has reached more than 2 GB and was unable to rebuild with any IMG Editor, including Alci's. Alci can only rebuild files in less than 2 GB file size, but if more than that, it will stuck on x percent and throwing an exception "Failed to write entrydata".
If you have any better ideas of this, tell me.
IMPORTANT! If any mods that requested to replace one of the 5 language files, i.e. the All in One Mod, they will subject to be incompatible with this modification. If you want to run such mod that replaces one of the 5 language files, you will have to uninstall this modification and install, i.e. J16D’s Naruto Mod.
About Seasonal Packs compatibility, I will release them as an add-on pack. So far I've tested Endless Summer and Winter Vacation without HRT and it ran flawlessly. Here are some SS that I will release them as an add-on pack.
