So, not only I like police role play, Naruto games and more others, and also action games (shooting), but also I have interests of Resident Evil games. One attracted me so much, for a greater thrill with my brother since Elementary, is Resident Evil: Nemesis (PS1). Not only that, I also have interests of another RE series game from CAPCOM, called Resident Evil: Outbreak (PS2) (yeah, I mention that in the previous post about realistic weapon mod for GTA IV). This has been forgotten for a long time, but since one user in LCPDFR redesigned an RPD skin for 1994 FCV police cruiser, now I started to make one. If you haven't read the news about GTA V, then here it is for you blogger readers. Rockstar has delayed the release of GTA V with this reason: "testing and polish". Sad news for you all who waited it, yes? And the date January 27 has been moved to March 24 . Here's the full statement. "Our apologies for the slight shift in the date but the game requires a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be. Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans. Checked Naruget.net recently and found few days back that Naruto OVAs are available. Original Japanese dub with English subtitle. Last time I watched the OVA was at the time when I was at 4th or maybe 6th grade elementary (or 1st junior high), where Naruto always ran for the "goddamn" restroom just to take a sh*t. Hey, reminds me of 1995 Crimson Tide movie: "What, Bennefield? I need an escort to take a sh*t?" The other one was after I watched the Blood Prison when I was 2nd or 3rd grade (senior high). What's this bullshit? My own tutorial based on my game experience since 2012. It works fine in either modded or unmodded GTA EFLC. It works only if you have APC Cannon and Buzzard Weapons Upgrade mod, but it also works with the v4.1 of My Realistic Weapon Mod (click here [ v4X for novice ]), in which for TBoGT installation, take v3, v4, or v5. In v3 and v5 I introduced the HE version of APC Cannon in TBoGT. In v4 I introduced the rocket-firing APC Cannon, which same like the Annihilator helicopters that shoots rockets(an old mod). I know some of ya have installed the GTA IV in modern OS like Windows 8 and high-end machines, but just in case if you can't complete the last GTA IV mission when you choose "Revenge" (that's what it said in the thread here ), here it is for you blogger readers. Tutorial Jump onto Jacobs helicopter rails.. Tap like crazy.. & fall to your death. Sound familiar? This is how to fix it.. The problem is caused by the program not being able to handle modern machines & Windows 7 . (The frame rate is too high.) To fix this all you need to do is download & install a free video capture program called FRAPS . Once installed, Start FRAPS , Start GTA IV & play the mission. ( FRAPS will show your frame rate in the upper left hand screen. Usually between 50 to 80 fps.. Too high .) When you grab hold of Jacobs helicopter press F9 to start the 30 second video capture .
