Just got it from a blog website and made further progress on Friendship in Ultimate Adventure (triggered also the Friendship Event to receive special items).
Also, character bugs in the game has been fixed. You can enjoy the new character presets with special group tags in the Free Battle Menu.

You can reenable it by entering the Options Menu soon after you entered the main menu.
Still, I won't blame you if you want to do what I did, but you can Google it for Ace Combat Soundtracks or download this radio scanner mod from LCPDFR here. To use the Radio Scanner, use it when you are in the Ultimate Adventure, and not in Free Battles. Treat it like a GTA IV.
