[REL|SA] Flame's Seasonal Compatibility Pack for Naruto GXT Packet Chara, Jutsu CLEO, and Weapons v5.00
Yes. A seasonal compatibility pack, for you who likes to mod San Andreas with four different seasons like in real life, of course with current ingame dates changing (not programmable through the SCM, I suppose..., but the starting year in the intro said "1992"). This compatibility pack has been through hundreds, even thousands of tests since last year, but not yet uploaded until now. I have quit the testing after the 2015 New Year's Eve, and internet connection seemed "not for share", for my sister and for my mom. But luckily, I have enough free quota (again) from my mom's dial-up modem. Bizarre, but I like it.
Let's cut to the chase, shall we? Folder is open to public, so you can browse here if you want to skip what I am trying to say here, but before going for download one of these AO packs, make sure that you have downloaded Naruto GXT Packet Chara, Jutsu CLEO, and Weapons v5.00 that can be found in this blog or @ GTAGaming.com.

My mod has notable changes on hunting system, font, and wanted level. Hunters now carry sidearms and Molotovs, with now their main weapon has been added more ammo. Font is like GTAIII (you maybe like it). Your maximum wanted level will be 5 at all times until "Black Project" mission is completed, unless you installed the addon pack 2 that can be found at this blog.

Summer
According to Wikipedia, this season starts from (northern side) June 21 to September 23 and (southern side) December 21 to March 21.
The long awaited summer has come to San Andreas, but this doesn't render Naruto, the main character, to make things harder. He will face hard times in a gunfight, missions, and defending his hood. Again, this will forever change the life of the ninjas resided in this state.
No school holiday for Naruto and his friends (because they are no longer the member of the Academy Ninjas), but for kids in their school, yes. Anyway, don't forget to go to the beach at Los Santos (@ Santa Maria Beach) or San Fierro, to get him cool down in the cold sea waters for a swim, or to just bathe under the hot sunlight.
Notes: If you install the full version of the Flame's Endless Summer pack, you can take your player into the treasure hunt story that will add you some cash to mod your ride, or for weapons.

Autumn
Starts from (northern side) September 23 to December 21 and (southern side) March 21 to June 21.
Currently this project has been halted due the fact that bundling the main mod together with the Autumn Sunshine requires major changes of main mod's installation steps, and adding one more IMG file into gta.dat, which may lead to game crash when this is applied. Fastman92's Limit Adjuster of the latest version (1.8, let me know if there is latest) isn't enough.
Most notable changes are pedestrian models (which can be changed with one click of an executable file from normal to Halloween style), effects, particles, data files (which can divert from HQ to LO, or otherwise > it's gta.dat file that is changing), and many more. I will experiment more of this mod when I have time. For now, the download link for this mod is unavailable; Flame's Autumn Sunshine mod will not subject to compatible with Naruto GXT Packet Chara, Jutsu CLEO, and Weapons v5.00 at this moment.
Winter
Afraid of cold? Everyone does. This season starts from (northern side) December 21 to March 21 and (southern side) June 21 to September 23. The compatibility addon pack comes with two types: one for Flame's Winter Mod, and one for SPYFAN's Snow Andreas mod.
The winter is coming, and most people celebrated Christmas day before going for 1993 New Year's Eve (according to the date you defined by yourself in San Andreas, or... make it a real life time) at January 1.
As for Naruto, the change of the season has rendered him to put on a cloak when he was outside; that's after Sakura informed Naruto, "Winter Warning!" Hehe... And, I guess the San Andreas that bathed with the cold winter will forever change the life of the ninjas resided in this state.
At outside, the air will be cold, and most people stayed in their houses unless they want to go on their daily activities outside. Of course like in GTA V (in North Yankton), they will put on heavy clothes to keep themselves warm. For Naruto and his friends, tasks can make them sweat, but they still need heavy clothes. While for the army men, you know what's next?
Note: Currently this mod uses default mission peds and skins. For more information, read the Readme file from the archive you downloaded. More realism scripts soon.

Alright, that is all I can give to you. I will publish other mods and addon packs for SA soon, with now the fastman92's Limit Adjuster has been uploaded to the latest version for IDE-IPL limit hack (much more promising than Sacky's Limit Adjuster or SALA). Next up is Carrier Strike Group 11 by SkylineGTRFreak and WeirdestNewOrder.
