Extracting TXD files
Somehow I really wanted to have a real AutoMag handgun in GTA IV, not just in San Andreas. One guy by the name of Lenol03 just made one here . Truth is, the new revolution means not also cars that can have a locking feature. Weapons now do have a locking feature, making imports really impossible when using ZModeler. However, I did a small trick to get this model gone into editing: using the 3ds Max 7 with Kam Lai's plugin. Yes. Say, you want to model a ped. Why don't you want to model weapons from there? This is one of my crazy question because only GTA IV can model weapons in 3ds Max. San Andreas don't; in 3ds Max you can only model peds (cars deemed to be impossible because of the "non-standard DFF" issue). Weapons can be imported because it comprises of a single model without hierarchy (only an object), except when it comes to the Enhanced Weapon Functions by Junior_Djjr; the weapon has animations to comprise real simulation of bullet ejection or folding ba...
