I have said this before that I'll buy the Construct 2 personal license for £139.99 only when it comes to making a "real" game that is a "real deal". Right now, to access any of the features the free edition don't have, I'll have to do the workaround.
I found a lot of license files in many download sites where it provides bundled Construct 2 setups, but most of them are not working because it was intended for specific/target version. Most of them are found within release version 244, 227, 209, and the oldest 178.
So last resort is a key generator (keygen for short) which idk if this is working for beta release version 263, which I'm currently using. I scanned the keygen with AVG Antivirus and it doesn't have a virus or malware in it (I'll consider checking it out at VirusTotal website soon). This is, however, different than any keygens I found for specific softwares that can be pirated, such as Photoshop or Autodesk. They contain viruses or malwares that can infect the system, but it's possible that it can be a false-positive (it's a virus or malware, but actually it doesn't).
The keygen itself is experimental (I guess), but proved to be effective.
The UI is friendly and it asked for the name and the E-mail address, so idk what to use since I do not plan on using mine to expose myself to the feds (let's hope that it doesn't happen). Luckily, I was able to found one perfect name to test. I was watching many of Enderman's videos, including his tests with fake antiviruses, and boy, I swear he has nerves to use his e-mail address to send commentary like this one:
So I decided to use his name and the E-mail address (idk if it's fake or real) for the Construct 2 license, saved it, and it worked!
Again I'm doing this because I need simplicity over the job I need, and I'll buy one personal license for me when it comes to making a "real" game that is a "real deal". I'm making a game with a bit of complexity because this means handling over hundreds of enemies with same model at the same time, and buying today is equivalent to pre-purchasing 5 to 6 ACE COMBAT 7™: Skies Unknown standard edition on Steam, with 4 or 5 being given as a gift to someone else.
So please, readers, no offense.
Thanks to Enderman for the lovely videos, BTW. Keep up the good work, because out there in the internet, we don't know what danger lies ahead of us.
