I visited GTA4-Mods.com today and surprisingly, WTF? Low raters and a wrong place to post?
Now, now, one Frenchman posted a Peugeot 406 mod to replace FIB squad car. Rated averagely 6/10. Idk what made this mod so bad, 'cuz in the comments and the description itself, these "guys" spoke French.

Now low raters, would you mind to come by to this post for a visit and a proof? In the screenshot of the main mod, the weapon is viewed from the First Person perspective, so no full view is seen through.
Now one author that seemed to make me LOL, RRHARD, posted a link to some kind of vehicle mod while he expressed the low rating, 1/10. Is he out of the f***ing mind?
Following the link that RRHARD posted, the mod is called Dodge Durango Police, year 2013. Alpha version 1.0. Can you believe it? Now no wonder that this author was so "mad" that this mod is rated the lowest in history of car modding - police car modding, which is even worse for me just by looking it at all perspectives.
Fulcrum now seemed to be active since two months ago and I never met him actively on his mod, BTW. No mods seemed to be seen made by him by now. And now this: Maychanello created an advertisement to a kind of weird website? Using AdFly? WTF? Go check this out, this is so damn weird.
I currently postponed my thoughts about the screenshot that it's taken from Vice City game, but I do really have proof about a user named AmirG646 commented that it's taken not from Vice City game, but it's taken from a Vice City Rage mod, which puts the VC map into IV/EFLC, just like the San Andreas Rage mod do.
No download link seemed to be seen by now; probably the link is dead. Idk the blog they have is active or not; I'll try to get some news from it, see if it's still active.
I don't think it's a wrong post; it's the author that doesn't give detailed description about where it should be replaced to, what mod it will be intended to, and more others. The author seemed to not give a shit about details or description; he just post it all away and wait for the admins to approve it.

This one, the '13 Rolls-Royce Phantom is said to be crashing the game by one author named DerMercedes1886 but so far no comments from other authors spoke about it. He said that it crashes the game when spawning it in the game after installation. Iced M4A1 assault rifle? To me, it doesn't looked like an ice. Most of the people complained that this is entirely not needed, as from the model itself, it must have been taken from an M4 mod made by someone else and painted the whole texture to blue, without any details at all; just with light details, such as markings.Some pictures of the mod that I have downloaded and opened in OpenIV:

Army Man v1 as a mod in GTA IV? Where the f*** did you came from? Mars? Screenshot has shown that it is not joke that it's taken from GTA Vice City.
