The day has come to upload this new mod by me: Naruto GXT Packet Chara Left 4 Theft.
What do you say? Nice, ain't it, to have San Andreas made fictional as "Raccoon City" like in Resident Evil?
Before we go further, please read this information below:
The mod maker with the author name JopperX6 was presumed to be active from 2012 to 2013 since this Left 4 Theft modification built (or maybe 2014, that’s what it was recorded on ModDB comments system from the L4T Homepage). After a year, I didn’t hear he was releasing a new version, until now. This has gotten worse with the release of GTA V on April 15 this year.
I know most of the people have lost the patience of how this mod will finish. I don’t argue though, and I keep myself on a cool head. Some of the people who enjoyed this modification still have their patience. I knew it from the way they speak in the comments.
We know JopperX6 and the workers of this project are busy with their lives as I did (so with the new game they enjoyed, such as GTA V, maybe), but if this L4T project is really (really-really) abandoned, this modification WILL NEVER be updated to the latest version. I presume L4T project HAS DIED and the maker has left the modding of this project (not dead, you moron). That was maybe for their own good, but not for us, who abandoned our hopes to see the end of the project.
Man… I can’t believe the Naruto story has reached its climax, and I’m missing to watch Naruto SD (you know, that minion-alike manga character, sized like the ones on Despicable Me) on the internet, just like how does the L4T project ends and I miss them from the front desk of my PC.
So, in conclusion, this modification project is marked as version 1.0. If the L4T is upgraded to version 4.0, I will start making version 2.0 of this modification. Of course this mod will go through major events of testing and bugs fixing, so I hope this modification has highest quality like my Naruto GXT Packet Chara, Jutsu CLEO, and Weapons v5.00 mod, with no or less bugs, of course.
This modification will not have all stuffs you may found in original Naruto GXT Packet Chara, Jutsu CLEO, and Weapons v5.00, such as:
Version 2.0

Finally, have fun with it! You can see the Credits in the archive - to note that I did not stealing anybody's work and printed them all out under my name.

About Latest Version of Left 4 Theft And Compatibility with This Modification (present also in the Readme)
Yeah, everyone’s wondering when the latest version, the version 4.0, will be released for public. Those who played the Free Roam main missions have lost the patience of waiting how the final mission will be, and the new feature will ensue. The new feature that is so-called “Exploration” and the final mission in the Free Roam is under development and we don’t know when it will be finished. I assume, a year has passed since version 3.1 was on air and abruptly on April 15, 2015, Rockstar Games has announced that GTA V was released (yeah, I have been talking about it in my blog). The mod maker with the author name JopperX6 was presumed to be active from 2012 to 2013 since this Left 4 Theft modification built (or maybe 2014, that’s what it was recorded on ModDB comments system from the L4T Homepage). Description
This mod allows you to have Naruto-styled version of Revolution-Designes’ Left 4 Theft: San Andreas mod. It will turn the 3 cities (Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas) to a unitary (fictional) Raccoon City divided into 3 sections: North (LV), South (LS), and East (SF) while leaving the other sections of the territory untouched (including the desert areas and countryside areas). Not also that, it will have you to play as Naruto and choose more than two types of characters like my original Naruto GXT Packet Chara, Jutsu CLEO, and Weapons v5.00, but it’s more simplified than that. It also introduces you minor GXT fixes. This modification will not have all stuffs you may found in original Naruto GXT Packet Chara, Jutsu CLEO, and Weapons v5.00, such as:
- Naruto Jutsu (disabled to prevent conflicting with custom SCM)
- Spawning a Katana (disabled to prevent conflicting with custom SCM)
- Custom Weapon Data (disabled to prevent conflicting with custom SCM)
- Replacement of civil peds (reserved for zombie textures)
- Animations (reserved for zombie movements)
- etc.
- Raccoon City Police Department and Armacham Technology Corporation Security vehicles and helicopters (with ability to spawn it)
- New Civil and Army Car Models
- Air Force Aircrafts (from Strike Eagle to Stratofortress)
- New Army Ped Model
- Modded Zombotech building (Biotech) to an Umbrella Corp. building in San Fierro (East Raccoon City)
- Modifications of ugly shape of civil cars (Bravura, Fortune, Cadrona, etc.) as in No. 2
- Spawning of these vehicles in native locations (like hospitals, police stations [basement garages], and fire departments), including ambulances and fire trucks in mimic of Raccoon City in Resident Evil games (no junks/wreckages/deserted vehicles, sorry)
- Airplanes are now belonged to the military (abandoned, but prove useful)
- Working Ninja Jumper w/o spawning a Katana (pretty stable, eh?)
- New Reloading System like GTA IV
- etc.
