Mod is requested by JBuzz826 and is made to free my boredom from "no college tasks" and lack of reference for next release.
This cruiser seems to look like CVPI in common, so for the startup, I use the Code 3 MX7000 lightbar that is used by the Canadian Police.
Dunno why I started to like it, but the first-time of modding came from the Caine's CVPI that uses ELS lighting, which idk what it was back then.
