So, to cut the story short, after V modding is so popular nowadays, IV or SA mods that are uploaded to GTAGaming are having a one-month pending before being publicly released, like there is nobody who managed that website anymore. It's like, "oooh, we gotta wait for a month for this shit to go public". As some people said, IV modding has becoming a dark age by now because taxi bug, popping-in textures, and many more that has becoming a serious problem until now. Me, I mod just for fun, no matter what games I'm using, but the important thing is, that it can be moddable. I even have a story myself of asking the admin named rappo who managed that site for years. Apparently he has moved to V modding, and I think I should move too. However, it's gonna take a long time to get my money savings rounded up to buy a new powerful computer and sell the old one to people who need it. May take years to do. The detective/slicktop version of Stanier cruiser is now available for download. Apparently, my crappy computer got "healed" few weeks back and now I'm in proposal of a separated release packs instead of single release. As planned, I use the chassis from the original mod, with some edits and new details, for the new and/or realism look of this cruiser. Before I'm going to tell what kind of birthday I'm having three days ago, I'm gonna announce a new, non-police mod. I do say you remember the Swift helicopter you see at TBoGT. The only thing is, unlike udihow's AW109 helicopter mod, you can only load one passenger inside (the co-pilot). If you need to remove this limit, then of course you need to download some helicopter mods and replace it, but you don't want taxi bugs everywhere, right? This mod brings justice to that problem. You can now be able to remove yourself from the trouble of having two of your bodyguards (either spawned with SNT or by something else) cannot get onboard this luxurious helicopter that has "NO BACK SEATS!", right?
