 I mean, the title says it all. I asked such question over Steam Forums but no one ever get back to me to get the answer, so I decided to do my own research. Remember what I said before about how this blog went absent and I talked about Storm Evolution mod ? Turns out, I checked out the changelog today over the website I once got in a YouTube video and I'm pretty surprised that they bring the Storm Connections' new characters into Storm 4. I'm still wondering tho; how did they do that? Not to mention Lars, of which he's originally a TEKKEN character (I saw that in one of STORM MASTER's videos) but... really ? Ngl, some of you might not gonna like Connections for a huge number of reasons (even I complained about how overpriced Connections is, but it's worth it, considering I'm not a huge fan of using Total Conversion mods unless stated otherwise, especially on different games), but I made a review of the game which specifically geared towards this set of new...

Seems to me that VGM (VideoGameMods) is using the Mediafire to host the files, the one where you can issue a complaint if someone didn't like your files being hosted publicly on the Internet. It's not a joke, lemme tell you. I made a PSA post earlier regarding XentaX Forums shut downed , which covers the issue regarding my fanfic short story collection get taken down because someone didn't like using Naruto images as an illustration, even though it's fiction in a fiction. I don't mind about rehosting Combined Arms mod by beczl anyway; it's for the old LOFC2 game that the patch/update bitched the StarForce protection mechanism (basically, you can use the base unpatched version of the game, but with computer knowhow, you can make a backup of its binaries, patch it, and switch the binaries back to the old version).  Well, I come back with two good news. Storm Connections Modding = Storm 4 Modding I'll have to say, the modding techniques used in UNSC is similar to that of UNS4. Encrypted CPK archives, same method to replace images with the hex editor... TBH, it's not far off considering UNSC is a reskin of UNS4 with new features, bug fixes, and more, which makes UNSC as if it's a brand new game. Also, UNSC is the first modern Naruto game entry to return the use of two different Ninjutsus similar to that of Ultimate Ninja 5 on PS2 (no idea if Storm 1 is having that, correct me if I'm wrong tho). Apparently, since I joined Nexus back when I was hyped with Fallout 4 Modding, there is a new game category dedicated to UNSC (I'm surprised since Ik that only VGM is the main source of the mods for Naruto Storm games), and not even a year or two it's filled with model mods, like, bwoaaaaaaaaaaah... I moved away from AC7 modding for some time in a hope that I can enjoy other games w...

   I don't know if you've noticed or not, but it seems that XeNTaX website seems to be shitting itself for unknown reasons. Probably the same case with GTAPoliceMods or LockOnFiles in the past? At this rate, tools that you might need there are probably lost forever as the website admin is doing smth with it and I can't tell for what reasons. Coincidentally, this also includes the CC2's CPK Decryptor script for QuickBMS application by ssh that might be helpful if you're into modding scenario (I wonder if UNSC still uses the same encryption method as UNS4). Apparently, this also followed by the expired Hitman Audio Tools download link I can get from the OG site, and I gotta say, popular file hosting websites like Google Drive and MEGA disallow executables to be uploaded unless encrypted in a RAR/ZIP package because they have a system that monitors malicious code in the files.
