New Naruto Action Figure, at first it was big-sized, but...

Image
The box itself is big, but from the size of the action figure, it's twice and half as big as the Boruto one I bought from the online store. At least the price is worth my purchase here, though seriously, I saw the model of Sakura Haruno - the rare one, but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than this one. The one I bought is a special of its kind. A somewhat genuine action figure scaled in 1:6 (1 cm represent 6 cm - I learned that from social science lesson at high school, where you use a map to represent distance from one city from another using a map scaled in 1:x). There's even said about the guy who made this masterpiece. Oh boy... it isn't a waste of time of finding such rare model like this, but still... this is 50k more expensive than buying Ace Combat 7 last year. It's priced 600k Rupiahs when I bought this few days ago. No regrets. I might find Sakura Haruno model (action figure) later when I visit online stores, but my main focus here is Boruto. ...

Naval Ops: Commander, a game where you can (literally) go AFK

Image
For a past few weeks, I suppose, I played this nice old game I once played when I still have my PS2 console that have it's CD slider borked and/or the slim one being converted to use HDD and gave it over to my neighbor. This is the game where you can (literally) go AFK in nature, if you are using a battleship with powerful weapons. It's a grind for win and rewards to build better ships and conquer the seas to reclaim peace of the open waters. It's also a place where you can design your own ship based on the parts you have or let the CPU process your ship building plan for you. Naval Ops: Commander . A PS2 game I owned since I bought PS2. At the first of playing this game I don't understand the mechanics (that day I sucked hard at English before few years later and today) and kept stuck at B-4 or something with just a destroyer and light escorts, and guess what? Enemies have pwned me right in a blink of an eye. When I went back playing this again, I figured ou...

Imagine downloading movies after you found this laying around in YouTube

Image
I captured these shots at around 2019 or so, and I just can't believe that it exists at torrent sites (YTS or so). I'll be honest; I'm really quite fine with me having to download movies off from a torrent site that a meme saying "FBI! Open up!" will show up if you do it in US, but I'll be prepared if they come to Indonesia and arrested me for doing this sh*t that I really want to. What I don't notice usually in my phone screen capture is a movie with title written in Japanese, "Stalingrad" (written in Kanji as スターリングラード). Unfortunately, I looked up and everything's written in Japanese, the one I can't understand, not even a word. Imagine playing Jet de Go in PS1 without knowing what game mode you are on. Basically it's like that. Not even a "download" indication from it and results in Google are about 21,000. Seems like Japanese laws are so damn strict about copyright issues. Not gonna lie. Even m...

TBH, this mod in NS:UNS4 is not bad at all

Image
Apparently, this updated mod to support latest patches and updates is quite interesting, to say the least. Not only this will unlock maps, it will add various selections of stages, and what's important, I can play 1v2 or 1v3 in Team Matches session while playing in Free Battles. Say, what do you think of this? I would say that it's a basic mod to begin with, but yea, basic means every AI/NPC characters can be playable at this point. However, it still counts as a TC/Total Conversion mod (well, maybe I should stop using this sentence; it's more generally said as a "modpack", and the size is quite tolerable for such a mod). Yet, the author, a channel named Kuroha Saenoki, has provided users with options to select "rosters" and "random stage selections" based on people's preferences. I myself preferred to use "Legit Costumes" for roster selections since I have the DLCs purchased in Steam, including the RtB NG where the new upd...

Mesh hacking in NS:UNS4 (out of curiosity)

Image
Thumbnail can be sometimes misleading (C L I C K B A I T), but this one is really want to feed my goddamn curiosity, since I tried using Tormunds' tool to add new cosmetic object but turned out to be useless in many epic ways (well, not really). I've seen this one on Steam, and people are asking if such model is available. Not gonna lie, how does people make that splendid cosmetics on Boruto to be that "intimidating"? I personally don't read manga (and I wanted to buy books), but I understand how it goes. Myself doing major cosmetics (adding fictional weapons or so) isn't gonna work, no matter how many times I tried (but you can still force it using /importobj command with same weight vertices set - I've discovered this on November 2020, considering if that clickbait video is something that even modelers can do). Out of curiosity, this video I showcased from someone else is pretty much standard, but at the end, you'll see what I'm talkin...

Partnering with Sarada action figures if any

Image
Yeah, you know what I'm talkin' about. I feel kinda sad at some point (but not really, I thought something else, still remembering that accident, but I feel it's not even that serious to begin with) that Boruto had "no friends" with me for hanging around. Most likely this will add more collection. Though he can work independently, friends are an irreplaceable thing to count on, especially in a world like this. More action figures collection has been a thing for my birthday gift, especially when I stumbled across some that are real-sized and colored just like in anime itself. I really have less mood to upload the work I've done on Boruto Ped Mod Project for GTA V before I can hand this work over to Darwin VS, but one day, I will. Maybe around this month, but not at the end of the month, that is. Those action figures and the friends on Steam are the ones I can count on, despite having less contact with them and/or I usually touched those action fig...

First day at online class; rig the last two Boruto models before subscription ends

Image
Yeah, online class is kinda having limitations during pandemic times like this. Zoom Meeting only lasts 40 minutes (3 times in a row with 10-minute delay), whereas Google Meet lasts an hour.  I have no idea what else I could think of learning some more materials beside this kind of new method that I'm not getting used to. Still, like video games, vicon (video-conference) is also growing from pair-to-pair (P2P) to everyone, but that time was within 3G call function. Today, conference meeting medias like Zoom and Google Meet will provide anything like classrooms via video available via Internet connection, no longer within operators that provide 3G video call. I have a task that will have to finish and submitted before Sunday night. Free schedule on Tuesday, as a matter of fact, so maybe I can wrap up some things during free time. Online course checking, and of course, wrapping up this Boruto Ped Mod Project before the subscription ends (one month subscription is the cheapest one ...

Progress update: Two Boruto Models ready

Image
The final results are already in. I hope with (re)making this from scratch can fix the "mesh bug caused by wrong skeleton reference". Two models are ready at the same time: one with no wrist-mounted ninja weapon, and one without. Now with these two ready, field testing is the next one before I call it a day. Next up is (re)making the Boruto with no shoes and the Boruto wearing Naruto's jacket in a final battle against Momoshiki. Man, I need some rest, but anyway, this effort is worth my time in a pandemic like this. After field testing, the public beta is next. Finally, I can hand over this project to Darwin VS, if he ever accepts this, with a price.

New GPU, Mod progress update, Phone gaming, and plans for online trading

Image
The GPU I used on my PC broke on Thursday night last week, and Friday morning, I brought it again to the computer service. Yep, looks like I have the same issue when I was playing Ace Combat on PC, but this time, it has something to do with DCS by the time I left it active for few minutes. I was shopping for something with my dad. Monday morning I come for a check, and the shopkeeper said that something's breaking inside. Capacitors, he said. Well, the warranty time has ended, so new GPU will be in place. Still cheap for my standards, though; I don't need a high-end GPU to play AAA games like Ace Combat 7 and Call of Duty: WWII . The GPU replacement is one step from the same generation, the RX 570. I didn't tell anything about this for the past few days; just in the time when I do the project, I write it here. I've reached the point where I'll (re)paint the neck and head meshes of a fixed Boruto ped model in GTA V, and I was about to get started. More upd...
