Well, I saw some car mod that is designed like that before, so I decided to make my own, using scratch-made parts and generic equipments from GTA IV.
Some info: although not as close as what you think, the car mod is highly fictional as you know that important parts like personal computer and monitor requires backup generator in case if the car engine fails. It would be a serious problem if the ECM is down at combat times.
Mammoth Patriot Combat & ECM Cruiser; that's what I used to call it. It can have a hybrid function of becoming a combat cruiser and ECM cruiser at the same time. Providing jamming to radio comms and now the f*cking military radar, Mammoth Patriot Combat & ECM Cruiser is one kind of ATV (actually it's a SUV) that can adapt with many situations and helping law enforcers and military personnel finish the job.
The release of this model is EXCLUSIVE TO LCPDFR.com, GTA4-MODS.com, AND agungparamtapajournal.blogspot.com for 30 days. Do not upload the archive anywhere else than aforementioned websites without my consent permission until the exclusivity expires, starting from this date.
