CHPower; ah, yes

Mods possibility are endless with the existence of Battlefield 2 Editor application, and this Chinese mod is no exception.

CHPower Mod. One that's released in 2011 and didn't saw any continuation on that project. Where's the developer making it, then?

Cool vehicles, made by hand by Chinese mod developers. I'll leave the modpage button below.

CHPower

Apparently, I've tested what have in store for only 4 maps in SP mode, and I found interesting weapon sets, vehicles, and of course, balances. Planes performed very well and nicely balanced, but sad that they can't go more than 600 km/h as in original Battlefield 2 game, or more than 800/900 km/h in afterburners. What questions me much is J23. This plane is strangely similar to J-15 I flew recently in Lions Roar, however the mobility is crazy af, but stability is oddly low, meaning you can do sharp maneuvers like "Ace Combat series can go f*** yourself", or I'll say, "physics on fleek" as in one of Swiss001's videos, but like I said, it's impossible to do dangerously rapid turning at a speed of 600 km/h. It doesn't exist IRL except if you can do Pugachev's Cobra in a high-maneuverable Sukhoi jets (similar like doing a PSM in Ace Combat 7), and that is done at a very slow speed while keeping the plane in the sky (not stalling).

Anyway, this mod, just like Lions Roar, feature more detailed and definitive HUD (showing how many ammunition left in the combat vehicles you are in, fighter jets and helicopters included), and also a wide range of weapons choice. You can fire AIM-120, PL-12, or R-77 for one-hit-one-kill damage, but what's unique in CHPower is that you can spam flares as many as you want to fool the air-to-air missile tracking, but they are limited, sadly.

Now... oh wait, the same guy from Lions Roar that left a comment saying that Lions Roar is politically driven is back, but I saw different response. He kinda tolerate it (but still don't like it), describing how F-15J is realistically capped its max speed just like other planes, but the same issue he counter is, "imbalance."

Idk if this is too good to be true (because playing with AI tend to be unstable), but you can win the battle against PLA if you got wits to do it. Trust me. I've used some of its resources to be used in Anime Minimod and tailored it to my needs, and apparently, clever gunplay and tactics can win the game.

Maybe the guy who rant in the comments just can't get used with mods like this. What do you think?

Too bad that this mod is already final and saw no development in progress. Last release is CHPower 2011 LV Patch (which requires you to download CHPower 2011 package first before installing this patch). The only active mods in development are Heat of Battle, Zone of Continuous Fire 2, and Asymmetric Warfare. HOB is one of the mods that I saw its weapon video comparison by Tigerfield, and I still haven't yet figured out how to make bots spawn in game through the "create server" menu in Multiplayer tab. ZCF2 isn't tested by me yet. AW is still in development; no official releases yet.

Well, fun ain't over yet. I still have some jobs to do, right after I end this night with online task submitting; had to be frank, everything is started to run with Internet already.
